INTERNATIONAL RETURNS


Hatandfashion.com  is committed to ensuring that our customers receive the best Merchandise and are fully satisfied with their purchase. If you receive any merchandise that you not satisfied with for any reason, simply return it to us within the 30 day time frame.  It is a condition of Hatandfashion.com that any merchandise returned must be in the condition that you received it, that the tags are still attached, and it has not been worn or laundered or show signs of wear.  Fashion Hats, Hatinators & Fascinators must not have broken feathers, feathers removed or be altered or changed in any way from the original design.  All Fashion Hats, Hatinators & Fascinators must have their original swing tag attached.  No Hat will be accepted for exchange or refund if makeup stains are on inner headbands. We will happily exchange or refund if these conditions are met*


GOODS RETURNED AFTER THE 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD  will incur a 10% Restocking and Repacking fee which will be deducted from the total to be refunded.


GOODS RETURNED WITHOUT THE CORRECT PROCEDURE BEING FOLLOWED will incur a 10% Restocking & Repacking Fee which will be deducted from the total to be refunded


A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNTIL THE CORRECT ONLINE RETURN FORM IS COMPLETED - the online form is found at the bottom of the website under  CUSTOMER SERVICE




Each Customer is eligible for ONE RETURN, WITHIN THE 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD,  any subsequent Returns from the same Customer will incur a 10% Restocking and Repacking fee deducted from the total to be refunded

Refunds will not be given for goods that do not arrive in time, where the customer has been advised by hatandfashion.com  to take the Express Option to ensure delivery in a time frame adequate to meet a Special Occasion or Event


Sale Items - No Refunds or Exchanges on Sale Items



Be confident with your purchase, we are committed to our customers satisfaction.
^Sale items can be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.





 


30 Day Returns Process



If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:

1. Complete the Exchanges and Returns section on the lower part of your invoice & enclose with your return merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around.


2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged. All Fashion Hats, Hatinators & Fascinators must be returned in a secure box or reuse the original carton. They must be repacked as securely as they arrived using the protective tissue and fillers to ensure they are not damaged in transit. If they are not carefully repacked and arrive in a damaged condition due to poor packing, we will not refund the item.


3. Affix the pre-addressed label to your package, making sure you cover or remove the original shipping label. If you have lost this, here is our address below.

4. Attend your local Post Office and send to the labeled address. Please keep a copy of the tracking number and proof of postage for your records.  We strongly suggest insured registered post as Hatandfashion.com is not liable for lost return parcels.


5. Please allow up to 10 working days transit. Returns received after the 30 day time frame will be charged a $10 restocking fee against the total amount to be refunded. Only the cost of the merchandise is refundable, we do not refund shipping charges.


6.Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. To keep you informed, we will send an email confirming your refund, and how it is being processed to your original method of payment.


7. Where you require a different Colour/Style/Size, please place a separate order and pay as normal, so we can send your replacement immediately. Then following the satisfactory return of the original ordered item in accordance with our 30 day returns policy, we will process a refund to your orignal method of payment for the item cost only, shipping charges are non-refundable.


8. You will then receive a new tracking number for your exchange via email and your new goods will be on their way to you. 





 


Faulty Returns Needing Repair


If you have a faulty item that you would like repaired, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above.
Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault. Please contact us at
info@hatandfashion.com if you need a new copy of the invoice.


Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and either repair or replace the goods or offer a refund. We aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of reviewing the merchandise; however some faults may take longer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed.


Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your faulty return once received. Contact will be made by email informing you of all relevant details. Once the item is repaired, we will post the it  back to you immediately.


If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of $10.00. This includes postage only; packaging is at an additional cost to you. For further in depth information on Warranties and Faulty items, please contact our Customer Service Team.




 


Return Terms and Conditions


Hatandfashion.com  Returns department operates Monday-Friday. Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. We will inform you by email when your transaction is being processed.


Hatandfashion.com  cannot accept COD deliveries.


Please note that if you wish to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to Hatandfashion.com  in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a box or satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods. 


All Fashion Hats, Hatinators & Fascinators must be returned in a secure box or reuse the original carton if in good condition. They must be repacked as securely as they arrived using the protective tissue and fillers to ensure they are not damaged in transit. If they are not carefully repacked and arrive in a damaged condition due to poor repacking, we will not refund the item.
 
Due to hygiene reasons, Hatandfashion.com is not able to exchange or refund earrings or swimwear.
