Hatandfashion.com is committed to ensuring that our customers receive the best Merchandise and are fully satisfied with their purchase. If you receive any merchandise that you are not satisfied with for any reason, simply return it to us within the 30 day time frame. It is a condition of Hatandfashion.com that any merchandise returned must be in the condition that you received it, that the tags are still attached, and it has not been worn or laundered or changed in any way. For Fashion Hats, tags must not be removed, feathers must not be broken, bent or removed and there must be no makeup on inner headbands of any hat returned. We will happily exchange or refund*.

GOODS RETURNED AFTER THE 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD are not eligible for Reply Paid Free Postage and will incur a 10% Restocking and Repacking fee which will be deducted from the total to be refunded.

A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNTIL THE CORRECT ONLINE RETURN FORM IS COMPLETED - the online form is found at the bottom of the website under CUSTOMER SERVICE
Each Customer is eligible for ONE FREE RETURN, WITHIN THE 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD, any subsequent Returns from the same Customer will incur a 10% Restocking and Repacking fee deducted from the total to be refunded
Refunds will not be given for goods that do not arrive in time, where the customer has been advised by hatandfashion.com to take the Express Option to ensure delivery in a time frame adequate to meet a Special Occasion or Event

^Sale items can be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.
If your purchase is returned and/or refunded, any free gift must also be returned in original condition, otherwise the price of the free gift will be deducted from the amount to be refunded
If your purchase is returned where customers have provided an incorrect address or delivery details- or for any reason such as unclaimed mail, and the delivery has been marked Return to Sender, Repostage fees will apply. Should the customer advise that the goods are no longer required, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be applied before a refund is processed.
Free 30 Day Returns Process
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
1. Complete the Exchanges & Return section on the lower part of your invoice & enclose with your return merchandise. Go onto the website to the Returns Section which can be found at the bottom of any page under the Customer Service heading and complete the online Return Form. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around. Contact HatandFashion.com to receive a reply paid address label to be applied to the box.
2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging if in good condition. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged. All Fashion Hats, Hatinators & Fascinators must be returned in a secure box or reuse the original carton. They must be repacked as securely as they arrived using the protective tissue and fillers to ensure they are not damaged in transit. If they are not carefully repacked and arrive in a damaged condition due to poor packing, we will not refund the item.
3. Affix the pre-addressed label to your package, making sure you cover or remove the original shipping label. If you have lost this, here is our address below.

4. Attend your local Post Office and send to the labeled address. Please keep a copy of the tracking number and proof of postage for your records. We strongly suggest insured registered post as Hatandfashion.com is not liable for lost return parcels.
5. Free returns only apply to items that are received in our Warehouse within the 30 Day time frame. Please allow up to 7 working days transit. Returns received after the due date will be charged a $10 fee against the total amount to be refunded.
6. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. To keep you informed, we will send you an email confirming your refund and how it is being processed to your original method of payment.
7. Where you require a different Colour/Style/Size, please place a separate order and pay as normal, so we can send your replacement immediately. Then following the satisfactory return of the original ordered item in accordance with our returns policy, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt.
7a. During peak returns periods, (e.g Spring racing season) HatandFashion.com cannot guarantee returns will be processed within 24 hours. During these periods some exchange requests may not be processed if your requested item is out of stock and a refund will be processed instead. We recommend placing a new order online and returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out. You will receive an email to notify you whether a refund or exchange was made on your return. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Faulty Returns Needing Repair
If you have a faulty item that you would like repaired, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above.
Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a new copy of the invoice.
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and repair the goods where possible and return the goods to you. If they are not able to be repaired, a replacement will be sent at our expense or where no suitable replacement is available, a refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods; however some faults may take a few days before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed. If we are not able to replace your item, we will offer you an alternative, however if you do not wish to accept an alternative then a refund will be immediately issued.
Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your faulty return once received. Contact will be made by email informing you of all relevant details. As soon as a decision is made as to whether the item can be repaired, we will advise you via email. Once repaired or replaced we will post the item back to you within 5 working days or we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
Return Terms and Conditions
Hatandfashion.com Returns Department operates Monday-Friday. Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. We will inform you by email when your transaction is being processed. .
Please note that NO Returns or Exchanges can be made in person at the warehouse. Please contact email@example.com if you have special requirements regarding this.
Hatandfashion.com cannot accept COD deliveries.
Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to Hatandfashion.com in the original or similar packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel or box & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods. Due to hygiene reasons Hatandfashion.com is not able to give exchanges or refunds on earrings or swimwear. Any goods with makeup stains or obvious wear signs will not receive a refund. They must be repacked as securely as they arrived using the protective tissue and fillers to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
