What kind of information does store
We gather information from customers to assist us to personalise your shopping experience  From the information you enter on our website or give us in any other way we store this information.  It’s your choice not to provide some information, but this may limit you in being able to participate in many of our features or competitions.  We use your information to respond to your requests, make future shopping more customised, improve our store, and make communicating with you more efficient.

Cookies are identifiers that some website write to your hard drive when you open a website and this enables our system to recognise you and provide you with features such as your Wish List and storage of items in your Shopping Cart.   

A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or cookies created by other sites.  Cookies assist us to know how many times customers are looking for specific items, but they do not show who those customers are.  A cookie is used to save your Member ID.  We also use cookies to maintain your Shopping Cart, and to deliver content that you are specifically interested in.

We receive from you when you search, buy an item or enter into a contest or questionnaire or contact us by email through customer service.  This information could be any or all of the following -your email address, phone number, name, delivery address, credit card information, plus other people whom the goods have been shipped.

Information Automatically given to us
Examples of the type of information given to us and stored include IP address, login, email address, password, computer and connection information, time zone setting, purchase history, URL, cookie number, products viewed or searched, phone number if you called us.  We may also use JavaScript to collect session information, including page response times, errors, length of time on various pages.

Information we receive from Third Parties
We may receive updated delivery and address information from our couriers or other third parties which we can update our records and use for the delivery of your next purchase, or to make communication easier.  We may receive credit history information which will assist us to prevent fraud or to offer some credit services to some customers.

At you can access any recent orders, your name, email, password or email preferences, payment settings, including credit card information and gift certificate details, also you can see your email notification settings.

Registration on our site
If you register on our site, enter our competitions or participate in our promotions you may be asked to identify a free guest ID and password, or complete registration for a password for a member ID.  We may send the registration information about or to invite the new guest to participate in one of our online promotions or competitions.  We may also use the information to contact the new guest for customer service.  Identifiers members ID and passwords are used to verify identity for account numbers in our accounts system.

Promotional Offers and Competitions
We often have competitions and promotional activities on our site.   We ask for Member ID and password, contact data to send information about upcoming competitions or promotions.  This information may also be used to notify a winner and for prize confirmation delivery.  We may offer customers prizes on behalf of other businesses, and in this case we do not give other businesses your name and address.  You have the option to unsubscribe at the bottom of our webpage if you do not wish to participate in offers or competitions.

Newsletters , Blogs and Social Media sites
You can  share content from our site with other interested users.  To disable these services follow the browser prompts.

Online Security to protect you
We protect the security of your information by using (SSL) secure sockets Layer software, this encrypts the transmitted order information.  We work with PayPal where your information is secure at all times.  Please ensure that you protect yourself against unauthorized access to your personal password and to your computer.  Sign off when you have finished, especially if you are using a shared computer.

Credit card numbers are not stored in our system in accordance with DSS standards.  Your details are through a secure server.

If you forget your password or update your personal information please use the Member Page.  A valid member ID and password will need to be entered before you can update or change information.  No passwords or credit card information can be seen by our customer service members.  We will have to reset a new password after identification has been verified. regularly conducts security audits through a third party to ensure our security system is never compromised.

Children and
We do not sell products to children.  Children under 18 years of age can only use with the assistance or involvement of a parent or guardian.

Conditions of Use, Revisions & Notices
By choosing to visit your visit to us or any dispute about privacy is subject to the Notices and our Conditions of Use, including any limitations on damages, disputes and law choice.  If you have any concerns about our Privacy Policy please email us on and we will try our best to resolve it for you.
